Shiawassee County Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a qualified professional, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP), to supervise treatment provided by behavior technicians and provide behavioral services as part of a treatment team to children with a Diagnosis of Autism . BCBA qualified, Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field, or a BACB approved degree category from an accredited institution - must be BCBA certified by 9/30/2020 OR Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst certification (BCaBA) required. One year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children with ASD is required. Responsibilities include oversight of treatment delivered by behavior technicians, assessment, service plan development, consultation, and data analysis. Will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Case Coordinator needed to provide community based case management services to adults who have a mental illness or a co-occurring disorder. Applicants must have a LBSW, LMSW preferred, and have at least two years’ experience in community based treatment. Experience with Motivational Interviewing, DBT and community resources desired. This is a full time position with an excellent benefit package.
