What to Expect

When you call or visit our Access staff will ask you some basic questions about your needs and health history. These questions help us to decide what services or resources are available to best meet your needs. If we don't have the right service for you, we'll connect you with another provider or agency.

Cost of Services

The cost of services is based on your ability to pay. You won't be turned away because you don't have insurance and you won't have to pay more than you can afford. We'll work with you to create an individual plan of service that will explain all the details about your services, costs, and your choice of providers.

Health Insurance

If you don't have health insurance, give us a call! We have expert staff that can assist you in signing up for Medicaid and Healthy Michigan Plan.
